These Terms of Service cover your use of the A Collector’s Choice website, and the educational guides made available through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this website offers
This website introduces our collecting business, links to our eBay and COMC shops, and provides information about free educational ebooks. Email signup and ebook delivery are currently coming soon. Product purchases and bids take place on the linked marketplaces, not on this website.
2. Shopping on other platforms
Review the actual marketplace listing before purchasing or bidding. Pricing, availability, condition, authenticity representations, shipping, returns, and buyer protections are governed by that listing, the applicable marketplace rules, and applicable law. Website images may be illustrative and do not establish that an item is currently offered for sale. This site is independently operated and is not endorsed by eBay or COMC.
3. Guides and educational information
Our guides provide general information for hobbyists. They are not individualized investment, tax, legal, appraisal, or authentication advice. Collectibles can lose value, and no financial return, resale price, or collecting result is guaranteed. Verify important information before making a purchase or selling an item.
4. Personal use of ebooks and site content
Unless an individual guide states otherwise, you may download, save, and print an authorized copy for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please share the website link instead of redistributing the ebook. You may not sell our guides, remove their attribution, or reproduce substantial portions without permission, except where applicable law allows. Third-party names, logos, images, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
5. Email requests and subscriptions
When email delivery launches, requesting a guide will authorize delivery of that guide and messages needed to fulfill the request. Ongoing promotional emails will require a separate, optional subscription choice. That choice will not be required to obtain a free guide. You may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
